In 2019, Sven Erni and Jeffrey Ibañez founded Impact Acoustic with a mission to make a real difference in the architecture and design industry. Focus on sustainable development and innovative design has been the driving force behind success.

Just one year after founding, ARCHISONIC® Felt was launced, Cradle-to-Cradle Certified® acoustic absorber that forms the basis of all products. In order to produce more locally and with lower emissions, a second manufacturing facility in the Philippines opened, in addition to the main facility in Switzerland.

Impact Acoustic believes that upcycling bottles is only a small part of the solution in the fight against plastic pollution. That’s why they’ve taken a bold step towards a global ban on PET bottles, with the goal of making felt products obsolete for future generations.
